As a reminder to all residents:
Please instruct all drivers in your family to stop at the stop signs. Spring is here (and soon summer) when our children become more active in the streets.
Please remember not to place your trash out before 7:00 PM the night before pick up. Also remember to secure any materials that might blow out of your cans or recycle bins. Many residents have voiced concerns over the amount of papers & plastic bottles that are being found along our streets.
Please read your Architectural Rules and Requirements. Any changes to the exterior appearance of your home will require the approval of the Architectural Review Committee. This includes things like fences, sheds, patios, decks, driveways, sidewalks, pools, screen doors, revising color schemes, and more. All requests should be submitted to Walter Hoffman.
I have received several phone calls and e-mails regarding dogs "doing their business" in other peoples yards. When walking your dog, please be kind and clean up after your pet.
Other property owners have complained recently about cats roaming the streets, killing rabbits and birds and destroying planting beds.

Our "Spring Yard Sale" will be held on Saturday, June 11th at 8:00 AM. Look for a sign at the entrance as a reminder. Rain date will be June 18th.
Yard waste pick-up will continue (from April thru October) on Thursday mornings.
Congratulations to Stacey & Eric Tissue of Newington Road on the birth of Rileigh Julianne. Rileigh was born on December 27, 2004 weighing 7lbs, 10oz and 20.5 inches long. Her sisters Mikayla and Jillian are proud of the new addition.
